The rooms are rented by young profesionals, students, interns and tourists  living in Barcelona for a few months. You can choose living in a Spanish-speaking flat, and give yourself the opportunity to improve your Spanish! There is an age limit of 35 years for those who want to stay in these flats.

How are the shared flats?

Most of the flats are newly-renovated and totally furnished. You will have your own room and share the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom with your flatmates. Most of the flats have internet and tv and have a weekly cleaning service to ensure yor stay is comfortable. The shared flats have a maximum of 6 rooms

Apartments are located in safe areas of the city and many are near the city's universities so they are prefect for students attending a semester or year abroad.
