Barcelona has become one of the hottest destinations for students from Europe and from all over he world. Yes, its cultural precedent it's not easy to imitate, it's fame for a close to perfect climate and outstanding nightlife are some of the factors that drive thousands of students to the second largest city in Spain every year.

Spanish courses and Erasmus exchanges are the most common programs chosen by students. Business schools have also become very popular among students, some of the best business schools in Europe are in Barcelona. Schools like ESADE, EAE, receive thousands of international students every semester, coming from more than 30 different countries, and the numbers are only going up! This has also boosted Barcelona´s profile as a business center, bringing many entrepreneurs, companies and expatriates.

Now planning a semester, a year or a couple of years abroad is not an easy task. Once you have your study program ready, all paperwork in order, flight tickets, the big question arrives... Where would you live? This is the part of planning that most students fear.
