Barcelona-Home was founded in 1995 as a result of the continuous increase and growth of tourism in the city of Barcelona. The founders realised that the considerable growth of visitors to Spain, especially Barcelona, would lead to an increase in the need for assistance with accommodation, studying, tours, leisure, transport and other services.
