Comments from the landlord
My accommodation is near the city center, and is only a 5 minute ride in the metro to the center. The metro is right next to the apartment, which makes it easy to get around town. It is a safe area, with many restaurants in the Eixample district. It is a very comfortable accommodation with four bedrooms.
From the 19th of July 2010, and till the end of the year 2010, the cummunity of the building is planning to make some works on the stairs. (lamps, painting etc.) From Sep-Jan the elevator might be out of function. This should not affect your stay, but I need to inform you.
