Do I have to pay any commission or additional contract fees when renting an apartment or room through Barcelona-home?

No, we do not charge any type of commission for renting out rooms or apartments. Barcelona-home is one of the few agencies in Barcelona that does not charge commissions.

What duration of stay do you offer?

When renting an apartment or room from us we offer you the flexibility to choose wether you want to rent for days, months or years. Therefore depending on your stay in Barcelona we costumize the rentals to your specific needs.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

Apartments - Rooms - Hotels

Barcelona-home offers apartments, rooms in shared flats and hotel rooms. All types of accomodation are offered for monthly, weekly and daily rental.

How do I make a reservation?

There are two ways to make a reservation through Barcelona-home. Online, using our portal.
Or in person, by visiting our office in Barcelona.

How do I pay for my reservation upon arrival?

You can pay either in cash or by credit card at our office.

What happens if I need some form of assistance during my stay in Barcelona?

The landlord of the apartment will be your primary contact person for any questions or doubts that you may have. Barcelona-home also has an office in the centre of Barcelona where we are happy to answer any questions or doubts that you may have during your stay.


Why we can have offers from 9€ person night?

Barcelona-home offers comfortable apartments suitable for groups. The price of the apartment needs to be divided by the number of people and as a result is often cheaper than beds in hostels! We have flats that could suit every budget, from cheap to luxury accommodation.

We offer all kinds of apartments, from short term rentals to monthly rentals. We can help you with your housing in Barcelona. Especially with holiday flats at the beach or where ever you like. Who are our clients?

Tourists

Our main clients are tourists coming to Barcelona looking for a place to stay for their vacation. Barcelona is a fantastic metropol for tourists to spend their holidays. Maybe take in the sights walking around the historic quarters of Barri Gotic and Borne or enjoy a relaxing drink at the one of the lounge bars on the beach in Barceloneta.
