Rooms in shared apartments in Barcelona

If you are moving to Barcelona for the first time, renting a shared flat is a great way to meet people in the city.

We offer two types of accommodation for this type of rent:

  * from 1 to 11 months

How much is the rent for the room?

  * From 22 € per day
  * From 390 € monthly

Who rents rooms in shared flats?

The rooms are rented by young profesionals, students, interns and tourists living in Barcelona for a few months. You can choose living in a Spanish-speaking flat, and give yourself the opportunity of improving your Spanish! There is an age limit of 35 years for those who will stay in the flat.

How are the shared flats?

Most of the flats are newly-renovated and totally furnished. You will have your own room and share the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom with your flatmates. Most of the flats have internet and tv and have a weekly cleaning service, to ensure yor stay is comfortable. The shared flats have a maximum of 6 rooms

Apartments are located in safe areas of the city and many are near the city's universities so they are prefect for students attending a semester or year abroad.
