To rent this apartment, the landlord have the following conditions and specifications:

You will need a bank guarantee that will be calculated based on length of your stay

Pets are not allowed

There is a fee for administrative costs only € 1500

It is mandatory to hire a weekly cleaning service for the apartment (can be hired to BH)

This apartment is also available to be rented for years.

Cleaning
No cleaning charge

Internet
If the flat that you wish to rent has internet the cost is: Less than 30 nights 22€ as a one-time fee. Monthly stays 22 € per month.
This amount will be deducted from your deposit.

Check-ins
Monday-Friday 13:00 - 18:00
Check in outside office hours implies an extra fee of 45€.
Between 23:00 - 08:00 (regardless of weekday) 65 €.
For holidays in Spain and Catalonia: 45 € (from 23:00 to 8:00 will cost 65 €).

High seasons
*Stays for less than 30 days

Between 1 May and 15 September
Between 26 December and 3 January

Apartments with 1 - 4 people = 5 € extra per night per person/5 - 6 people = 6 € extra per night per person/7 or more = 8 € extra night per person.

Fair
During the GSMA (27.02.2012 - 01.03.2012) there will a price variation on all our accommodations. (Flats: 150 Euros extra/ night) The price will be calculated based on information found on our website.

Remember:

• In order to advertise a rental property, landlords must provide professional studio photographs of the accommodation. They often use interior designers in order to enhance the photographs and the appearence of the flat.
   
• Water, electricity and gas: Flats for 1 to 11 month stays, not included - the total amount for these charges will be discounted from your deposit at the end of your stay. The cost is 99€ for one person and 29€ for every extra person.
